High-speed urbanization brings " City Operator"

Joseph E. Stiglitz, famous American economist, said that there are two greatest factors influence the development of the world in 21st century, one is America's new economy, the other is China's urbanization.
Currently, the proportion of urbanization in China is only 40%, there is a 30% gap to reach to 70%, the steady-level benchmark. Until 2020 or 2025, the urbanization is high-speed advancing in China, and there will be over 400 million rural residents move to cities in the period. More new cities will be established in the 20 years in China, which drives the "City Operator" growing faster.

Industrial Real Estate enterprises are blooming in current China¡¯s market resulting from growing market demands and favorable policies. In view of constricted government macro-manipulation to the real estate enterprises and residential and office property markets¡¯ limited demands, it seems that Industrial Real Estate is the last chance for real estate developers. In an undeveloped market, the land can be purchased at a low price. Several enterprises were aware of the trend 10 years before, like Treasureway (Singapore) and Prologis (US); and they entered China¡¯s real estate market and have won many cases so far.
