CFC cooperate with City Development Company controlled by the local government where the Future City set in. The City Development Company counts the right of the use of land as its contribution; meanwhile, CFC owns 90% of the total equity.

China Future Cities Holdings, Inc. (CFC for short) is founded by World Capital Market Inc. and several American investment institutions. Meanwhile, the Beijing Office is established.
CFC raises fund in the US and China and establishes strategic partnership to carry out “Future City” program.

CFC invest quota of money to carry out “Future City” program and maximize the return of investment to realize the expected return on equity and repayment period of investment.

World Capital Market, Inc. is responsible for guiding CFC going public in American securities market, or issuing REITS for “Future Cities” program and real properties, and funding to develop “Future Cities” program.

Prime operations

To select land and get it ready for construction, then plan and design
To carry out all of facility projects, such as transports, water supply, rainwater collection, sewage recycling, electric power, communication, heat power, gas, CATV, virescience and so on.
To invest and build standard factory workshops, public facilities, residential building and so on.
To rent or transfer the right of the use of land to the certificated enterprises and projects
To offer business, office, power, water supply, education services
To issue REITS in international capital market to fund for “Future Cities” project
